Ramblings of a Network Marketer

I sometimes wonder why folks that want to earn extra income in addition to their regular job tend to spend so much money just to start something they haven't even made one dime off of yet?

Just a bare minimum networking opportunity can be $49 just to start. Then there's annual fees and monthly fees and fees to buy leads and autoship fees and marketing fees. And that's usually the minimum. 

Some opportunities are even higher...reaching a few hundred dollars just to get going. And, if you buy some of these 'guru's' courses or blueprints...you could spend even more. I'm also against these 'free' signups then, if you want to make more commissions, you'll have to upgrade.

I've always thought that if something were going to be profitable why do you have to pay to belong. Can't you just start selling their stuff and let the profits benefit everyone?

One thing my Wife, Lisa, and I learned a long time age is that you really do not need to spend a fortune to be able to offer good value (and products) to your clients.

We have on offer that's $10 per month. We have another that less than that and up to 6 people can use that one account! Then we have a freebie that has some of the best online training anywhere. It does have some upgrades but you don't need them if you just want to learn more about marketing online.

My advice is stop believing all the hype and do some research before you join anything. You really don't need to go broke just starting up. If money is tight, why spend more?
